Welcome to Raven Marine. The following terms and conditions govern all use of our online store and the purchases of goods and services available through our website. By placing an order through Raven Marine, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

1. Online Orders and Shipping Policy

Shipping Options: Raven Marine is pleased to offer flat-rate and free shipping options to our customers across Canada. All orders over $200 (excluding sales taxes) qualify for free shipping. Orders under $200 will incur a flat shipping rate of $20. This offer is limited to shipments under 10lbs.

Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified via email with the tracking number and details of the shipping company.

Expedited and International Shipping: For expedited shipping options or to request items to be shipped to international destinations, please contact our team directly by telephone or email.

Delivery Issues: If the shipping company's tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the carrier for a detailed investigation, which may involve local law enforcement and can take up to 21 days to complete.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Info@ravenmarine.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, striving for a satisfactory resolution.

2. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The full order amount minus shipping costs will be refunded once the item is received. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, electronic parts are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: For information about exchanges, please contact our customer service.

3. Limitation of Liability

Raven Marine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All shipments are FOB (Freight on Board) Sidney, BC. If an incorrect shipping address is provided or the package cannot be recovered, Raven Marine bears no responsibility.
